The workshop is intended to be fully interactive. The idea is for the staff and teachers to work together to develop ideas and methods of implementing the project. If you have a chance beforehand, you might like to look at the Faulkes Telescope web pages (linked below) and then come along with questions, suggestions or constructive criticism.
Note that there is no cut-off for registration and attendance. Because we are not catering, we can accommodate all invitees including two representatives from each participating school. If you are able to attend at the last minute, please feel welcome.
The ASISTM project may include high school students of all ages. Individual schools may choose to target senior students (Yr 11 & 12) or younger students (to encourage them into physics electives).

Workshop Activities:
The workshop will be held in room C5C 240.

Food & Drinks:
Morning and afternoon teas will be held in the 4th floor tea room of E7A.
Lunch will be available at various outlets in the SAM building (C10A).
Note that there will be graduations on during the day, so the marquee with wine and nibbles is not for us :(
Parking:
However, because of graduations, the parking should be free on the day :)
This will be indicated by "No Parking Fees Today" signs and yellow covers over the parking ticket machines.
The nearest parking is in the row with the W, C and E car parks accessed from University Avenue.
