Undergraduate Students
The degree program for a Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Astronomy and Astrophyics) includes four astronomy units: PHYS270 Astronomy; PHYS278 Advanced Astronomy; PHYS377 Astrophysics I; and PHYS378 Relativity and Cosmology. The following links to the Macquarie University Handbook provide unit descriptions, prerequisites and modes of offering of these units. The recommended degree program also includes coherent studies in mathematics and physics, with optional studies in computing, electronics and other sciences.
